The Allocator One World Dinner Series has become a global tradition, bringing together over 1,000 leaders and investors across 20+ cities between 2024 and 2025. The Milan Edition marks the next chapter in this journey, focusing on European family offices and the evolving dynamics of private capital and innovation.
About the hosts
Allocator One is an asset manager aimed on backing the top 3% of high-performing, emerging fund managers globally. We provide an initial anchoring investment, accelerating fund launches with proprietary infrastructure and a robust technology platform. Allocator One has invested in 28 specialized fund managers in the past 2 years.
Our investor base spans 25+ countries and includes family offices, leading corporations, funds of funds, unicorn founders, billion-dollar fund managers, and board members. With the largest deal flow globally, we assess approximately 80% of first and second-time fund managers globally.

Felix Staeritz is a co-founder of Allocator One. He has successfully built and exited several companies, and is passionate about backing new fund talent and high-potential ventures, bringing an extensive network and deep experience in scaling businesses to the investment community.

He founded his first company at 19, scaling its customer base across 25+ countries, and later helped Choco grow to a $1.3B valuation in New York. At Allocator One, he contributes to advancing the firm’s mission of transforming how leading investors access and partner with the world’s top emerging fund managers.
