Felix Staeritz is a co-founder of Allocator One. He has successfully built and exited several companies, and is passionate about backing new fund talent and high-potential ventures, bringing an extensive network and deep experience in scaling businesses to the investment community.

Tim Reichert combines a unique background in professional sports, esports leadership, and venture building. After leading international gaming and media organizations as CEO and Co-CEO, he now focuses on early-stage technology, sports, and digital platforms through his family office.
As an early LP in Allocator One, Tim recognized the alpha potential of first-time fund managers early on. In his role as Venture Partner, he supports fundraising and ecosystem development across Germany, Benelux, and KSA, connecting institutional investors, family offices, and entrepreneurs with the next generation of high-conviction venture managers.
