About the hosts

Aswin Nair is a Founding Partner at Allocator One Bharat, leading the firm’s efforts in identifying and backing top first-time fund managers in the region. Aswin has deep expertise in venture capital, fund selection, and portfolio strategy. He is a 2x entrepreneur who went on to own product, operations and new GP activities at AngelList India. He also helped launch an early stage investment firm where he led operations. Aswin’s focus today is on expanding the venture ecosystem as a whole by identifying the best 3% of funds to anchor; as well as driving change in regulations and fund administration.

Michael Ströck is a co-founder of Allocator One. With extensive experience in tech and entrepreneurship, he has co-founded multiple companies and venture funds, including Candidately (YC S17), First Circle Capital, and Calm/Storm Ventures.
