Iliana Oris Valiente is Managing Director at Accenture, where she leads North America’s Innovation Hubs, helping Fortune 500 clients navigate AI, web3, and emerging tech shifts. A seasoned board member, investor, and startup advisor, she previously launched Deloitte’s global blockchain practice and co-founded ColliderX. Iliana is a frequent speaker and published author, known for translating frontier technology into real-world strategy across sectors.
Paula Schwarz is the heiress of Germany’s second-largest pharmaceutical empire, Schwarz Pharma. She authored a forthcoming book with Random House, sharing her perspective as the only woman in her family office. Paula has transformed her inheritance into a foundation that champions women in STEM and funds alternative systems that promote equality for women and minorities. A mother of three and a true global citizen, she lives between Greece, Germany, and the United States.
