The day before the Global Alpha Summit, Allocator One and EWOR convene a rare room: GPs, 25 rising-star founders, and 25 unicorn founders, together for a single day. It is the prelude to the main stage, and the most concentrated room of founder and manager talent we assemble all year.
The day is built for substance, not theatre: working sessions on building companies and building funds, candid feedback from operators who’ve done both, and the introductions that actually move things forward — founder to GP, GP to allocator. Room for the structured sessions and for the conversations that happen off to the side.

With extensive experience in tech and entrepreneurship, Michael has co-founded multiple companies and venture funds, including Candidately (YC S17), First Circle Capital and Calm/Storm Ventures.
