An invitation-only day for the founders and managers who will define the coming cycle - convened with EWOR, the fellowship for the most exceptional founders on earth.
The day before the Global Alpha Summit, Allocator One and EWOR convene a rare room: 50 GPs, from rising stars to established funds, 50 Founders, from rising stars to decacorn founders, together for a single day. It is the prelude to the main stage, and the most concentrated room of founder and manager talent we assemble all year.
The day is built for substance, not theatre: working sessions on building companies and building funds, candid feedback from operators who’ve done both, and the introductions that actually move things forward — founder to GP, GP to allocator. Room for the structured sessions and for the conversations that happen off to the side.
The rarest founders, the managers backing them, and the conviction to be early.

Petter is a fintech pioneer with over 25 years of experience. He co-founded SumUp, a global company valued at €8.5B, serving over 4 million SMBs across 36 countries. Then, as CPTO at Drooms, he led the development of the world’s fastest virtual data room, scaling the business to eight figures. Petter’s earlier career saw him in leadership roles at Inatec Payment AG, Ongame Networks, and Chinsay AB.

Former founder with deep experience in the health and education spaces. She started Batelle with a unicorn founder, raised multiple millions and built a 60-person team. In 2024 she started Upstream, the first preconception product focused on men, piloted by the Navy SEALs. Most recently she founded PreSeed, a database of exceptional sperm donors (men with multiple exits, excellent longevity, high IQ etc.) - comprising 10% of all registered sperm donors in the US.
