Currently Strategic Community & Events Lead at Allocator One, she has held senior roles at 180 Studios, GitButler, and Chatterbug, as well as driving Berlin’s Hackers/Founders network. Megan has designed and delivered everything from boutique networking series to large-scale conferences with 1,000+ attendees, working at the intersection of tech, venture capital, and creative industries. Known for combining operational excellence with a community-first mindset, she creates environments where the right people connect, ideas spark, and partnerships grow.

With a career spanning senior compliance and advisory roles at Henley Investment Management, Octopus Investments, and Nivaura, as well as time as a freelance consultant, Michael brings deep expertise in financial regulation, governance, and operational strategy. He is known for bridging regulatory rigor with entrepreneurial innovation, guiding investment firms through complex landscapes while enabling them to scale with confidence.
