Paula Schwarz is a German-Greek serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and social activist. Currently, she serves as a Cohort Partner at Allocator One. Paula has founded several impactful organizations, including Startup Boat, Cosmopolis, World Datanomic Forum, and the Migration Hub Network. Her innovative work, particularly with Startup Boat, a mobile humanitarian incubator, earned her recognition in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list for social entrepreneurs.
