Josh Featherby is a Managing Director in Cambridge Associates’ Private Client Practice in London. He joined the firm in 2010 and manages private investment allocations across private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate and infrastructure for pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and family offices, on both discretionary and advisory mandates. He co-founded the firm’s London-based Sustainable & Impact Investing team.

He has led equity, debt, and cross-border M&A transactions exceeding $22 billion globally and was named one of China’s “Top Ten Outstanding Financial Talents” by CCTV.

Larry Sullivan is the founder of Leo Lion Limited, a serial tech entrepreneur who has built and scaled software companies across the UK, USA, Poland, and Russia. He co-founded Stepping Stones School, the Widad Centre, and Pathways Education, and leads the Leo Lion Foundation, which backs purpose-driven ventures across tech, health, AI, and green innovation.

Iliana Oris Valiente is the Managing Director and North America Innovation Hubs Lead at Accenture, and a recognized thought leader in emerging technologies such as AI and Web3. A CPA, active startup advisor and investor, and published author, she also serves on several boards of directors, including at Sunnybrook Hospital.

Morgan and Henderson Global Investors. His investment mandate covers both international private markets as well as local and international public markets and he has invested in private equity, venture, private credit, infrastructure and real estate investments across emerging and developed markets.

Jens Hilgers is a pioneer in the gaming and esports industry, currently serving as the Founding General Partner at BITKRAFT Ventures, a global investment platform with $830 million in assets under management, focusing on gaming, esports, and Web3 technologies. He co-founded ESL (Electronic Sports League), G2 Esports, and Bayes, and is known for his role in leading the first unicorn exit in Germany’s gaming industry, with ESL’s acquisition by Saudi Arabia’s SAVVY Games Group for $1.05 billion. Through BITKRAFT, Hilgers continues to invest in and shape the future of gaming and interactive entertainment.
