A company wide off-site in Mallorca
From June 24th–26th, the Allocator One and Infra One team will head to Mallorca for a few days of connection, collaboration, sunshine, and adventure. We’ll spend time reflecting on where we’re headed, strengthening team bonds, and making the most of island life together.
What to expect:

Currently Strategic Community & Events Lead at Allocator One, she has held senior roles at 180 Studios, GitButler, and Chatterbug, as well as driving Berlin’s Hackers/Founders network. Megan has designed and delivered everything from boutique networking series to large-scale conferences with 1,000+ attendees, working at the intersection of tech, venture capital, and creative industries. Known for combining operational excellence with a community-first mindset, she creates environments where the right people connect, ideas spark, and partnerships grow.
